RES to celebrate Red Ribbon Week

Rockland Elementary School will celebrate Red Ribbon Week with dress up days Oct. 27–31.
The effort encourages students to be drug free as well as promotes an anti-bullying message.
The days, themes and messages are as follows:
  • Monday (Oct 27): "Rockland is 'Red=Y[ to Live a Drug and Bully Free Life!!" Wear all red to kick off Red Ribbon Week by showing you're ready to live drug- and bullying-free life
  • Tuesday (Oct. 28): "Hats Off to Being Drug-and Bully Free." Wear a crazy hat or cap as we tip our hats to healthy choices!
  • Wednesday (Oct. 29): "Follow Your Dreams, Don’t Do Drugs." Wear pajamas to stay cozy and stay clean; dream big and stay drug- and bully-free.
  • Thursday (Oct 30): "Team Up Against Drugs." Wear sports jerseys or team shirts to show we’re all on the same team against drugs.
  • Friday (Oct 31): "Say BOO to Drugs!" Wear Halloween costumes (school-appropriate, no masks/weapons) to scare away bad choices.
