Read Across America is in full effect at Rockland Elementary. Students have been busy handing in reading logs, designing book spines, and Peer Reading. Next week is a big one with lots of exciting things planned. The Book Fair will run March 2-March 6, Snuggle Up and Read will be March 5 and our Read Across America spirit week runs all next week as well.

The Rockland PTSO is hosting its annual book fair
Each class will have a chance to go one day during the week. Your child's classroom teacher will notify you of their time.
Evening hours will be available during the Snuggle up and Read event.
Cash, credit and eWallet options are available.

• What to expect: Pirate themed read alouds, crafts and snacks. The book fair will be open!

• Monday: “Green Eggs and Ham”  (Wear green)
• Tuesday: “Fox in Socks” (Wear crazy socks)
• Wednesday: “Wacky Wednesday” (ear clothes inside-out, different shoes, wacky hair)
• Thursday: “Cat in the Hat” (Wear your favorite hat)
• Friday: "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish” (Wear red and blue)
